The mission of Earthdance is "to promote peace by joining participants worldwide in a synchronized prayer for peace and to support humanitarian causes through the global language of music and dance." Very laudable, but I was a little disappointed by this year's London event. Perhaps it was the last-minute forced change of venue (from Coronet to Brixton Mass), or the clock ticking away in my mind (had to leave early)... whatever, I wasn't particularly inspired.
